At Master Mason CPM, we act within the owner’s perspective of achieving a value for money spent and strive to implement the earned Value Management System (EVMS) as integrated management tool for the project. We work with the project team at early stages to set the WBS, the PV and the earning rules (0/100, 50/50 or 25/75) as the controlled earned EV of the project and at later stages evaluate the performance and predicting forecast with the corresponding cost and schedule performance indexes.
